About your San Bernardino concrete contractor

How I ended up pouring concrete in San Bernardino
I spent years as the right hand to another concrete contractor here in San Bernardino, walking jobs and running the crew, before I started this business in 2020. Those years taught me that the part you see is the easy part. What decides whether a driveway or patio holds up is everything under it and around it: the ground, where the water goes and how well the job was planned before the truck showed up.
We've gotten known for the awkward jobs, like a slab with pipes running through it or a wall on a slope out toward the foothills, and honestly those are the ones I get a little excited about. But a plain driveway or patio gets the same care. Homeowners call us most, and so do property owners and builders who need a cut, a footing or a lot poured. If part of your job needs an engineer or isn't something we do, I'll tell you straight. You can look over the work we do on our home page, or tell me about your job on our contact page.

What working with us is like
The person who looks at your job is there for the pour
I come out to see every job myself, and I'm on site for the pour and the steps that matter most, so nothing you told me at the estimate gets lost on the way to the crew. Our own crew does the work from start to finish.
We put the money into the ground first
The subgrade, the dirt the slab sits on, is hidden the day we pour, which is why it's the first thing people want to cut from a budget. We'd rather dig it out, pack it and check where your water runs so the slab doesn't settle or tip toward your house, because a nice broom finish on a weak base won't hold up.
An estimate you can line up against other bids
I write down what's included and what isn't, like how deep we dig out, what goes under the slab and where we cut the control joints, the grooves that give concrete a place to crack where we choose. That way you can compare our bid fairly with others instead of guessing which one left something out.
Licensing, insurance and permits
Serving San Bernardino and 11 surrounding cities
Licensed and insured
Licensed and insured. In San Bernardino, the city issues permits only to contractors who hold the right state license for the work and a current city business license, and who show proof of workers' compensation insurance if they have employees, so it's fair to ask any bidder about those before you sign.
We handle the permit side
When your job needs a permit, we take care of it and set up the inspections, and in San Bernardino those permits come from the city's Building and Safety Division. Each city and the county run things a little differently, so we check with the right office for your address before we plan the work.
